Customer Service Representative – Denver, CO

Our team provides outstanding customer service for our healthcare providers. Our goal is to make sure every patient has a great customer service experience when contacting our agents. Our knowledgeable customer service candidate will possess the skills necessary to manage and negotiate over the phone, to accomplish our goal of “one call” resolution. In order to be considered for one of these positions, we require a minimum of a high school diploma and the desire to learn and absorb our specific training program.

What you bring to the table is the drive to succeed, courtesy, and a customer service demeanor. Additional requirements are MS Office, telephony experience and etiquette (or face to face customer service), ability to negotiate a resolution which results in payment in full or additional billing.

As a skill you will need to have computer background, phone, understand basic math, be able to type while talking and able to de-escalate over the phone with a clear tone and voice. Our team members are generally happy in nature, high energy, goal oriented and professional.

  • Excellent 10-Key skills required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
  • Candidate will have excellent phone skills and the ability to handle disputes with patients.
  • Candidate will be hard working and detail oriented with excellent typing skills.
  • Experience in healthcare/medical collections a plus.
